Event Format:
Sprint Distance Duathlon; 5km run/19 km bike/2.5 km run. Minimum age 16 years as of 31-12-2023.
Event is non-draft legal and time-trial bikes may be used. An approved bike helmet must be worn on the bike-segment.
Registration closes Saturday the 12th at 23:59 Atlantic. There will be no race-day registration
There will be no two- or three-person relay teams

Run Route is 2.5km run down Colville Road toward Kingston road. Do it twice for the 5km and once after the bike.
